1.Source and nominate qualified supplierfor responsible components, incl. support in RfQ preparation, collectquotation, define supplier strategy, negotiate with suppliers, create/presentdecision proposal in decision committee
為所負責零部件采購和定點有資質的供應商,，包括支持詢價準備，收集報價,，制定采購戰(zhàn)略,，供應商談判，制定決策建議并在決策委員會進行匯報,、
2.Prepare, implement and update contractualdocuments
準備,、執(zhí)行和更新合同文本
3.Coordinate and solve supplier’sdelivery/goods quality/capacity problem to ensure series production
協(xié)調和解決供應商交付/產品質量/產能問題，保證量產交付
4.Spare parts ordering for productioncomponents and accessories
生產部件和附件的售后備件訂單下達
5.Implement purchasing role in changemanagement after SOP
負責行使量產后變更管理的采購職能
6.Define and implement sourcing &supplier strategy of responsible material group / parts
為所負責材料組/零件制定并執(zhí)行采購和供應商策略
7.Conduct cost analysis, global sourcingand benchmark for continues cost optimization
進行成本分析,、全球采購和價格對標,，實現(xiàn)成本的持續(xù)優(yōu)化
8.Scouting, develop and qualify suppliersto build up and improve supplier system, conduct continues supplier(relationship) management
尋源、開發(fā)并培養(yǎng)供應商以建立并優(yōu)化供應商系統(tǒng),，開展持續(xù)性供應商（關系）管理
9.Participate in new supplier audit andevaluation
參與新供應商審核和評估
10.Support in production capacity &sales volume planning if required

Qualification and Skills: 資歷和專業(yè)要求：
• Basic knowledge of automobile components and applications
汽車零部件和應用基礎知識
• Work experience in car interior and exterior supplier developmentand procurement, familiar with car interior and exterior parts’ requirementreferring to production, technical, quality etc.
內外飾供應商開發(fā)及采購相關工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉內外飾產品生產,，技術,，質量等要求
• Proficient MS Office skills and presentation skills
熟練掌握辦公軟件和演講匯報技能
• Good negotiation, organization and interpersonal communicationskills
良好的溝通、組織和人際交往技能
• Problem solving skills
問題解決能力
• Good logical thinking and executive force
良好的邏輯思維能力和執(zhí)行力
• Responsibility and reliability
有責任心并且可靠
• Tolerant and flexible to stressed situations
在高強度工作狀態(tài)下保持忍耐力和靈活性
• Willing to travel
愿意出差
Education/professional experience: 教育和職業(yè)經(jīng)歷：
• Bachelor’s degree or above
(major in automotive engineering, business/ project management, economics preferred)
學士學位及以上（汽車工程,、商科或項目管理,、經(jīng)濟管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先）
• Working experience in OEMs is preferred
有整車制造廠工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
Language: 語言：
• Having good command of English both in speaking and writing
英語口語及書寫流利
• German/Spanish is preferred
會德語和西班牙語者優(yōu)先
