標題: 急需發(fā)黑檢測標準,! [打印本頁] 作者: 非常 時間: 2012-4-6 13:31 標題: 急需發(fā)黑檢測標準! 前天我公司拿兩件發(fā)黑產(chǎn)品去做鹽霧試驗,,試驗5小時不到工件表面就有銹蝕痕跡,。但是有書上說發(fā)黑產(chǎn)品要經(jīng)過96小時鹽霧試驗才算合格的。哪位大俠比較了解這個標準的,。來給我上上課。我認為發(fā)黑不可能承受96小時的鹽霧試驗的,。作者: 戈壁石 時間: 2012-4-6 20:35
將發(fā)藍后的鐵片浸在2%的硫酸銅溶液里,,在室溫下保持20s后取出,用水洗凈表面,,如果不出現(xiàn)紅色接觸點,,即說明發(fā)藍合格。發(fā)黑做鹽霧的標準好像沒有聽說過,,5小時我覺得正常,,算發(fā)黑質(zhì)量不錯的。96小時有點夸張,,是不是做了涂層的,,樓主再了解下這個產(chǎn)品的要求。作者: 喬晟 時間: 2012-4-6 21:12
