我承認(rèn),,我翻譯水平低,。
不過大家的技術(shù)水平也沒跟老美差的太離譜吧,起碼高手們相差不會(huì)太大,,不過,,按北京行市,高手不當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)年薪薪30萬了得了,。

Almost one in 10 said it would take a 50% raise, and four out of 10 said the raise would need to be between 6 and 15%. On average, engineers indicated a 20% bump would be fair.

One program that does not seem widespread among engi-neers is day care or a day-care subsidy. Only 1.3% of the respondents claim their employ-ers offer this option. However, it’s possible many respondents are not aware of benefits in this area as only 2.2% of the engineers who filled out the survey are female.

One reason: Companies apparently put more emphasis on online training, which 26% of the engineers receive. The other two most widespread train-ing practices are aid with college tuition (44%) and reimbursement for engineering textbooks (34%). Only about 4% of engineers say their employers give no assistance with training.

Most of this year’s survey respondents are design engineers (60%), followed by engi-neering managers (12%), and executive/oper-ational managers (9%). Many in the “Other” category are consultants, educators, field engineers, marketing/sales, QA, or unem-ployed.

  技術(shù)到了一定份上  還是要有點(diǎn)其他技能才好高工資。舉個(gè)例子,,有的人在冷軋方面搞設(shè)備 軋機(jī)了十幾年了,! 具體的工藝 沒有拿得出手的,最后還是在各種私企混設(shè)計(jì),,懂工藝又懂設(shè)備的,,年薪100萬  (據(jù)說哈)。外語好也可以混高工資,。

閑著沒事,,看了看美國招聘信息,,中端的招聘,,一個(gè)美國私營企業(yè),招7年經(jīng)驗(yàn)以上的工程師,,8-10萬,,還有公司按時(shí)薪80多每小時(shí),估計(jì)是比較高端的,。

國外的工程師這個(gè)職稱是很嚴(yán)格的,,工程師就是工程師的叫法,技術(shù)員就是技術(shù)員的叫法,。有的人在名片上就會(huì)印刷著技術(shù)員的稱呼(不會(huì)去印刷工程師稱呼),。稱呼錯(cuò)了,別人也會(huì)給你糾正的,。不會(huì)像國內(nèi),,到處是工程師。

實(shí)際2.5w,也接近4000美元了,,年薪接近5萬,,基本超過美國剛畢業(yè)的水平了,不過我認(rèn)為這個(gè)價(jià)基本高手(沒門子)才能拿到,,

現(xiàn)實(shí)中,,你一個(gè)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)芨苫畹墓こ處煿べY也就是一個(gè)歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家發(fā)配到中國的一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)生(或者跟班助手啥的)工資的1/3.

舉個(gè)例子,,當(dāng)年我工資6000的時(shí)候,單位有個(gè)20出頭的歐洲小伙(合資單位外方發(fā)過來鍛煉的),,在北京混,,工資1800歐元,當(dāng)時(shí)情況,,1800歐元是當(dāng)時(shí)德國法國這種國家低保的2倍左右,。

所以現(xiàn)實(shí)是要能拿到歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家的低保水平,一般工程師就算滿意了,。

國外的工程師這個(gè)職稱是很嚴(yán)格的,,工程師就是工程師的叫法,技術(shù)員就是技術(shù)員的叫法,。有的人在名片上就會(huì)印 ...

這才是重點(diǎn),,國內(nèi)的很多所謂的工程是只不過是會(huì)畫畫圖,擰擰螺絲的雜役工,!

討論收入差距的時(shí)候能不能加上生產(chǎn)力的因素�,。恐袊�100人的工廠產(chǎn)值幾何,?美國呢,?
還有,美國人的薪資是稅前的,,因?yàn)閳?bào)稅是自己報(bào)的,,且按家庭收入,
所以,,9萬3是含稅的,,這個(gè),還含了公司為個(gè)人繳納的商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)(不是每家公司都交),,
還有,,年收入20萬美金以上就要交富人稅了,
據(jù)我所知,,一般行業(yè),,工廠工人的收入大概在2000~5000美金/月,2000的是老墨,,5000的大概就是白皮膚的資深工人了,,哈哈

其實(shí)怎么說,我國就工程師之間的收入差距也挺大的吧,,能不能掙到錢還是要看個(gè)人能力,,不要被平均
