金屬間表面磨損問題--請教

SS430不銹鋼鋼板和HQ SS302螺釘配合安裝,，拆下螺釘發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼板接觸面磨損--如圖。
磨損將產(chǎn)生顆粒,，影響產(chǎn)品性能,。
不知道鋼板換成鋁合金板是否能避免表面磨損的問題?

絕對的避免是不可能的了,，鍍鎳或者鍍聚合物復合涂層能改善很多,，只是成本問題又出來了..
