$ e( o: n7 W2 m: n& ^' n: h3 }有關(guān)力學(xué)(以及其他)的計(jì)量單位,我國(guó)早在1986年就已經(jīng)修訂過(guò),,廢除了一批國(guó)際上已經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)的名稱與表示符號(hào),。請(qǐng)你們以后在工作中多注意,否則容易會(huì)被人有其他想法,,起碼覺(jué)得我們不規(guī)范,!; {! a+ r6 B5 `6 d+ e

RGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a language used on mechanical engineering drawings composed of symbols that are used to efficiently and accurately communicate geometry requirements for associated features on components and assemblies. GD&T is, and has been, successfully used for many years in the automotive, aerospace, electronic and the commercial design and manufacturing industries.In today's modern and technically advanced design, engineering and manufacturing world, effective and accurate communication is required to ensure successful end products. Currently, ASME Y14.5-2009 is the accepted geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standard superseding ANSI Y14.5M-1994 used within the USA and ISO 1101-2004 is used outside of the the USA.Success oriented industries and organizations which, require accurate and common lines of communications between engineering, design, manufacturing and quality should consider geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) as their mechanical drawing standard. Some advantages of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) are;

$ C7 g8 e! Z. J1.Provides a clear and concise technique for defining a reference coordinate system (datum's) on a component or assembly to be used throughout the manufacturing and inspection processes.
9 B$ l9 ^+ `  X5 q  m3 n8 R! b2.Proper application of geometric dimensioning closely dovetails accepted and logical mechanical design process and design for manufacturing considerations. : c, c0 a& O: W4 e4 U& ~9 M- X
3.Geometric dimensioning dramatically reduces the need for drawing notes to describe complex geometry requirements on a component or assembly by the use of standard symbology that accurately and quickly defines design, manufacturing and inspection requirements. - e; \* d* J/ p' a* Y' W
4.GD&T concepts such as MMC (maximum material condition) when applied properly will facilitate and simplify the design of cost saving functional check gages, manufacturing fixtures and jigs. ; i8 H& z! C+ Q( R& z
The following ar common reasons one should apply GD&T principles:

2.When functional gauging techniques are desired.

5.Simplify tolerance analysis.

從圖紙標(biāo)注公差來(lái)看,,公差標(biāo)注確實(shí)很重要,,GD&T確實(shí)解釋得很清楚了,論壇不少版塊都以后討論,,討論了幾年了,。
1 l2 k# m# G$ L: ^) l; P我感覺(jué)是,GD&T懂60%就夠了,,再多就純粹是玩數(shù)學(xué)了,,是質(zhì)檢的人在玩設(shè)計(jì)的人。8 _: u7 S. B9 h* X3 f# _% ?
$ m: k! z: V9 P% v
從機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)說(shuō),,圖紙公差的標(biāo)注的重要性應(yīng)該不是最重要的的,,原理設(shè)計(jì),材料,,功能實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)比他重要,。當(dāng)然,硬是較真,,圖紙公差也沒(méi)有什么不重要的理由,。7 u* ^6 l" A: O0 f3 P

5 l9 C: m$ b3 _- E很多初始設(shè)計(jì),,是根本不標(biāo)公差或者忽略公差的,機(jī)器造出來(lái)了,,原理實(shí)驗(yàn)了,后續(xù)內(nèi)容才是如何設(shè)定合理公差,,或者補(bǔ)充或者根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)試結(jié)果,。
