Job Summary工作概要

Edit the equipment management standard and operating process, also edit the equipment maintenance plan and put them into use. Solve the problem and improve the equipment running situation to enhance the reliability of the machine.

制定設(shè)備管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和操作規(guī)程,，制定設(shè)備保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并實(shí)施,；解決設(shè)備疑難故障,，改善設(shè)備狀況,，提高設(shè)備的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,。

Job Responsibilities崗位職責(zé)

1. Develop the certain area equipment management to assure the management system carrying out perfectly. 開展指定區(qū)域/領(lǐng)域設(shè)備管理工作,，確保設(shè)備管理體系運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好。

2. Organize and edit the equipment management standard and process. Also responsible for the equipment operating edition. Do the equipment maintenance plan and assure the implementation of the plan. 組織制定設(shè)備管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序,，牽頭制定設(shè)備操作規(guī)程,，制定設(shè)備保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并確保按計(jì)劃實(shí)施,。

3. According to the machine running situation record, make the related improving plan in order to enhance the stability and reliability, also lower the shut down time. 根據(jù)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)統(tǒng)計(jì)表,，制定相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)計(jì)劃，改善設(shè)備狀況,，提高設(shè)備的可靠性和穩(wěn)定,，減少故障停機(jī)時(shí)間。

4. Do the management of the special equipment according to the government regulation, to accomplish the first/second inspection. Also do the daily inspection. 管理各類特種設(shè)備按政府規(guī)定完成初檢,、復(fù)檢,，并進(jìn)行日常監(jiān)督檢查,。

5. Assure the new equipment, especially the special equipment to meet the regulation and standard of the safety, occupational health and fire fighting. 確保新進(jìn)設(shè)備特別是特種設(shè)備要符合安全技術(shù)、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生,、消防等相關(guān)規(guī)定和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),。

6. Choose the proper supplier to assure the best service and products. 選擇合適的供應(yīng)商以確保提供優(yōu)良的服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品。

Requirements崗位要求

1.Vocational degree or above, mechanical or maintenance or other related major, 10+ years related working experience, 3+ year management working experience. 中�,；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷,，機(jī)械類或者維修類相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)10年以上,，其中管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上

2. Sufficient experience of mechanical and electrical experience, capable to solve the machine tool problems. 具有豐富的機(jī)械/電氣知識(shí),，能分析解決機(jī)床設(shè)備的故障。（落地鏜銑床,、龍門刨銑床,、車床、鉆床等設(shè)備）

3. Good command of the machine tool's driving construction and electrical control. 熟練掌握機(jī)床機(jī)械傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)/電氣控制,。

4. Having the knowledge and experience of the equipment general management. Also capable of editing the equipment management standard and management process. 具有設(shè)備綜合管理知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),。能夠制定機(jī)床設(shè)備管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理程序

5. Good communicating with other dept and choosing the right supplier with good relationship. 有效進(jìn)行跨部門交流，能夠正確選擇供應(yīng)商并保持良好合作關(guān)系

6.Control and enhance the team working efficiency and quality. 能控制和提升團(tuán)隊(duì)工作效率和工作質(zhì)量

7.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001意識(shí)
