看重外籍，大概是希望有張“國際化”的臉面吧,，歐美的就困難了,，來國內(nèi)教個英語都要十幾k月薪，做操作工,，可能要翻倍才愿意來吧,。

我認識得的超過60歲了,，經(jīng)驗和能力都沒問題，但都是基于不同產(chǎn)品,，沒有所有產(chǎn)品都精通的全才,。
以某一類產(chǎn)品為前提，從毛坯到成品,，包括刀夾量輔,，從工藝到檢測，至少做顧問沒有問題,。
年薪和工作類型,，工作量,，壓力等等有關(guān)

謝謝上面，行家扎堆的地方就是不一樣,，外籍是客戶要求（個人認為如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上機加工經(jīng)驗那么華人亦可）,，年薪在70-80萬RMB吧視經(jīng)驗而定，至于產(chǎn)品嗎可以以TTI的產(chǎn)品為參考,，另外要強調(diào)一點的是這不是一個管理崗,，不需要帶團隊，像樓上所說的更像一個顧問,，稍后我把工作描述貼出來

Expert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.
