Job descriptions:
1. Technical support and technical training for sales engineers;
) E7 G# O6 T, K2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
4 J! q. u% {- {3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
8 A& F% A. o1 J- L9 e5 V1 _! C7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;
9. Define rules for pricing projects, material and services;
10. Finish other tasks assigned by the CTO.

Qualifications Request:
9 Y" X0 o$ F+ p( }9 [1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
" z2 D2 I% G8 K0 M2 J3 ?% ]3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
: R/ z) C" S6 e: Y$ s4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

Responsibility：
( W1 f/ @' t( b) `8 X1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
" y# a8 d9 k2 S9 f7 yaccumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
# W( F1 {, C; B& P' T9 e% S8 A2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
! a4 g( E( A/ {$ k8 athe machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
# z! Y! _" B4 r1 xand final acceptance of machine;
% h6 O3 Y: r. k  l% U7 F( d4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
' D- `, f8 N! X0 [3 Pservice engineers and customers on grinding technology;
5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
customer on the field of tool grinding process;
6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;

. L+ T! q- [: c0 }8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Requirements：
% p9 D/ ~, |! V$ |1 x1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
" q0 Q0 {" I7 c" v( o: |  Uelectrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
2. 5+ years related working experience;
3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
0 T7 e0 Y3 m1 S6 ~4. Proved project management skills
