我在做金屬切削仿真,，在金屬切削仿真中采用自適應(yīng)網(wǎng)格,，但是在網(wǎng)格檢查時出現(xiàn)自適應(yīng)不能使用單元畸變控制�,。,�,！

Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.

但是不用網(wǎng)格畸變控制吧,，又出現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)格畸變問題：
The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
The elements in element set ErrElemZeroALEMass-Step1 have zero or negative mass.
Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
There are a total of        60 excessively distorted elements.
