Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Summary of Responsibility
! ^" _7 g# D8 p" Y, j0 GProvides Mechanical & Electrical maintenance service (such as installation, troubleshooting and maintenance) to ensure production running smoothly
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure the maintenance team is meeting all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements and objectives. Maintain proper housekeeping in all maintenance work and storage area.
8 R) S0 G+ j/ o9 `! ~% k0 S2. Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment
3. Responsible for Install & trial run new equipments;
" H6 r$ l* ?' Q' S; T9 `. o% e9 k' R' u4. Troubleshoot and investigates mechanical failures。Standby for Machine breakdown after office hours. Ensure all equipment running smoothly meet production requirement. .
, G: i9 @% V/ Q6 y5. Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition
6. Actively recommend on energy saving, manage maintenance cost
3 R/ i* C4 x# }: o' O! C7. Communicate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and order spare parts; Supervise activities of contractors to ensure to the tasks are performed to requirement and safe work procedures are followed.
8. Coach and Manage a team of mechanical technicians. And Support maintenance supervisor to make TPM maintenance plan, and implement TPM project;

1. Bechelor degree or above with professional mechanical engineering
2. Above 3 years mechanical maintenance working experience, good at troubleshooting
  F- d/ n+ `* P( [! N. [3. Know machinery & tool design and processing, can read and draw 2D & 3D drawing
4. Know hydraulic & pneumatic control system
1 X; Q& d9 n. y5. Good team work spirit and strong responsibility

資格和要求

2.3年以上機械維修工作經(jīng)驗,，擅長處理維修故障。
3.懂得機械與工具的設(shè)計和加工,，可以閱讀和繪制二維和三維繪圖
4.熟悉液壓氣動控制系統(tǒng)

職位應(yīng)該是在企業(yè)的工程部,，主要是減少short time ,breakdown  ，提高oee之類吧...學(xué)不到什么的,，三年經(jīng)驗,，稅前，價位也不是很有競爭力呀
