資深研發(fā)工程師：

To recommend and lead the development of complex technologies, products, and processes to meet quality, performance, cost, and schedule goals under supervision.

1. Provides leadership for customer and internal product development programs.

a) Assures that the technical approach satisfies marketplace/customer requirements and meets internal quality standards

b) Develops and implements plans and manages resources to ensure that product development, schedule, technical and cost objectives are met.

c) Mentors and teaches less experienced engineers

2. Applies technical expertise, commensurate with a recognized expert in the applicable field, in the development and improvement of major complex products and processes that involve combining several products or technologies.

3. Invents new technology or advances the state-of-the-art in complex products or processes with substantial technical risks.

4. Maintains an awareness of probable future product requirements and product trends with regards to advancing technology.

5. Provides technical consultation through the company within areas of expertise. Understands regulatory requirements which affect design and manufacture of product.

6. Has an excellent understanding of quality goals and quality tools.

7. Can effectively communicate technical issues, leads preparation of technical proposals and recommendations to the organization.

8. Has frequent interaction with marketing and/or other engineering groups to collaborate in defining and matching technology with new markets or market needs.

Experience

1. Eight (8) years of applicable experience. Graduate degree in Engineering or Science preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school.

2. Industrial pressure measurement knowledge

3. Excellent English and verbal communication skills

研發(fā)工程師：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work on remote seal product design and improvement, canwork out design verification test plan, perform test or contact with testlab, work out test results report and lead to peer review to ensure safety andquality requirements and meet customer requirements;
2. Material research by self and work with sourcing groupto find local vendor for lower cost and better quality;
3. Work on production improvement projects to meet customerrequirements;
4. Assist manufacturing engineers for customer feedback,audit findings and quality issues, participate in projects led by manufacturingengineers;
5. Regular communications via emails / teleconferences withUS engineers.

JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Skilled on using of ProE/Solidworks
2.Skilled on using of office software
3.Good team work
4.Good communication skill
EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanicalengineering, material background is preferred

生產(chǎn)工程師：

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Technical support to Mobrey& RTR manufacturing line, including quality, process improvement, red lightsolving, layout improvement etc;

2. Improveproduct quality, yield rate by applying 6-sigma and lean tools; continuouslyfocus on process optimization to reduce throughput time, scrap and manufacturecost;

3. Writeor Translate manufacture procedures, training and qualify operators, refreshtrain on critical process;

4. Provideand maintain the original information like Non-BOM to manufacturing department,qualify the replacement material before releasing to production line;

5. Designof manufacturing process and integrate into current manufacturing flow;

6. Leadthe Stage Gate Process for New production capabilities; Involve in resourceidentification, new equipment development, business systems and databases setup;

7. Cooperatewith production line to improve working and environmental condition;

8. Communicatewith engineers of Mobrey &RTR global.

EDUCATION/ TRAINING /EXPERIENCE

1.University graduatemajored in engineering or equivalent;

2. At least 2 yearsexperience in manufacturing business or project management is preferred;

3. Good Englishcommunication skill.

生產(chǎn)主管：

職位描述:

1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工程師團隊進行傳感器生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)支持,包括質(zhì)量和工藝改進,、紅燈解決、生產(chǎn)布局改進等以滿足客戶需求,；

2. 規(guī)劃團隊資源,，同時帶領(lǐng)團隊進行設(shè)備和工裝的產(chǎn)能分析、提出產(chǎn)能最大化方案,并按計劃實施,；

3. 制定新工程師的培訓(xùn)計劃,同時跟進工程師對操作工的培訓(xùn)計劃,并確保培訓(xùn)按時完成和培訓(xùn)的有效考核,；

4. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門團隊進行新項目、新生產(chǎn)線的引進,，包括制定項目計劃,、預(yù)算申請,、產(chǎn)品驗證、增產(chǎn)計劃等,；

5. 與采購部合作進行原材料的本土化以降低產(chǎn)品的材料和輔料成本,；

6. 組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊應(yīng)用6 sigma和lean的理念提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、一次通過率,、優(yōu)化制造工序以提高生產(chǎn)效率,、縮短產(chǎn)品物流時間、降低報廢和生產(chǎn)成本,；

7. 協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門改善勞動者的勞動強度及操作環(huán)境的安全性,。

職位要求:

1. 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，主修機電,、自控,、儀表或相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2. 至少五年生產(chǎn)運營經(jīng)驗,，有外企工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮,，有項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；

3. 良好的溝通及解決問題能力,；

4. 熟練使用Office軟件,；

5. 優(yōu)秀的英文溝通能力，能組織全球電話會議,。

有這些,，大家可以對照要求決定是不是應(yīng)征。
譬如,，Graduate degree in Engineering or Science preferred.這個條件俺不具備,，俺就可以不考慮這事了。是不是,？
