) F, m" l; b4 k/ M: |2 w) o2 |% eExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

Key Responsibilities
4 T5 `% H# U, h6 N l• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
- @4 W' D1 O( x7 R& g; |* U/ J- e• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
# s" w: ~0 `/ F1 }• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
4 n6 p3 g. [+ J3 X/ ^• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
+ J, o/ l% o4 [0 s" ]* d" p% c• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.2 L* B: ~2 K/ d q/ x2 `' @) F+ E
• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.
2 p8 m8 D6 }# j2 ], K1 X• Follow up new machining processes and technologies and introduce to team.
: W, u- l; B# e* v& S2 A+ j• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.

! B: l% n) t3 z5 X* o• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.% K: L$ Z8 G. k \+ N
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
2 e& w, Y5 h4 ~/ z+ \; x6 c! B• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.
7 k3 E( \3 L! z$ c# Z8 F3 A• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
# o3 U9 z8 L; v/ M1 @' s" G• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.+ N w8 ?* d7 _
• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
& ?* c3 W9 u- U3 K; h# K• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
2 q+ S# \ N+ b1 `3 H2 N% x; S• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
