不知道各位大大身邊是否有外籍機加工專家愿意到東莞工作呢,,年齡可以放寬到60歲,年薪優(yōu)厚,。

外籍就是外籍,,外地就是外地。
4 o! o/ f1 P0 k& ?9 m2 a看重外籍,,大概是希望有張“國際化”的臉面吧,,歐美的就困難了,來國內教個英語都要十幾k月薪,,做操作工,,可能要翻倍才愿意來吧。

我認識得的超過60歲了,經驗和能力都沒問題,,但都是基于不同產品,,沒有所有產品都精通的全才。

謝謝上面,行家扎堆的地方就是不一樣,,外籍是客戶要求(個人認為如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上機加工經驗那么華人亦可),,年薪在70-80萬RMB吧視經驗而定,至于產品嗎可以以TTI的產品為參考,,另外要強調一點的是這不是一個管理崗,,不需要帶團隊,像樓上所說的更像一個顧問,,稍后我把工作描述貼出來
